My Story
I am an artist and have been running art workshops for many years as I love to pass on the joy of art to others. I believe everyone can make art. The process of creating art has the power to transport us to a different place and is so beneficial for our mental and physical health.
I run regular art workshops around North Wales, and Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire, in England, online, and also have online tutorials on this website.

I started using watercolours when I was still at Primary school when I discovered a set in the house. Although these are my primary love, I also like to experiment with different media and subjects, such as charcoal, acrylics, linoprint, and more recently oils.

My work focusses on nature, but also celebrating the beauty in the everyday. I've started a new surrealist series where I am interested in the creative mind and imagination. Two of these works 'Beetle chick' and 'Gone for a ride' have been selected by judges for exhibition in the Royal Cambrian Academy's open exhibition Jan - March 2025.

Due to recent events my work has started to be influenced by my Ukrainian heritage. I have begun to revisit places, books, and artefacts from my family’s Ukrainian history and started examining what it means to belong. As you look at recent work you will start to see Ukrainian themes and symbols appearing.

The invasion of Ukraine prompted me to set up a local charity -Berkhamsted and Tring Ukrainian Hosting Network- with other trustees, that helps Ukrainians that have come to the area fleeing the war. Please visit https://www.berkotringukraine.com/ for more information.

I have had work in exhibitions in England and Wales and my work has sold to private collectors locally and also abroad. I also took part in Sky arts landscape artist of the year in 2020 as a wildcard.
